Baker’s hours and the time change

I haven’t changed the clock in my room.  Right now it says 8:45.  That’s at night. I know I can just subtract an hour so my time corresponds with the Central Standard Time of all the other clocks in the house, at least the digital ones.  I would have to guess, except for the computers, all the clocks in this house mark different time.  They are all within the range of minutes…it doesn’t matter.  It was a baking day and it is dark outside and I am tired and whatever time it might really be, I am going to sleep.  Wake me up when the time change comes again.  Or when it starts snowing.  Somethings are just too good to miss.  Like satellite refrigerators, the first snowfall, the last geranium bloom.  Good night.
